<image:title>Blog - 23 Questions to Ask When Choosing an Adoption Agency - Once you’ve discerned your call to adoption, one of the next major decisions you need to make is which adoption agency you will use to find and adopt your child! While some couples are happy to go with whichever most popular adoption agency is near them, you should really proceed with much caution when choosing your adoption agency. You do have a choice about this. They are not all the same -- and I can speak from experience with having adopted through two different agencies and having been on the prospective adoptive parent list for four different adoption agencies.</image:title>

<image:title>Blog - How to support a friend struggling with infertility - Everyone deals with their crosses differently. Me, personally….I am a verbal processor. I need to talk aloud about my struggles in order to think through them. So when I learned I would probably be dealing with fertility issues, and especially as my journey became longer and longer (...and longer), I badly needed to work out all that was going on by talking about it to someone. It just helps me sort out my thoughts.</image:title>

<image:title>Blog - This is me! - My husband is very supportive of my ministry in serving couples suffering from infertility and those touched by adoption, and, in fact, it is a ministry of his as well! While he is involved with it on a different level than I am since he has a full-time job otherwise, his commitment to serving those on a family building journey similar to ours is apparent.</image:title>

<image:title>Blog - This is me! - I hope that my devotional allows women the space to be themselves, to be honest about their feelings regarding their infertility. I want women to have the words to understand and name out loud what they are feeling as they journey through this incredibly difficult, sometimes unbearable, experience and all that comes with it. This is a judgment-free zone.</image:title>
<image:caption>I pray that as my devotional helps women connect with all of their own feelings about their infertility and begin to feel connected to a larger support community through the resources I want to offer for connection, the healing journey will begin and deepen for each woman this book touches. I pray that every plan and purpose our Lord has for my devotional would be fulfilled. This is His book. May it glorify Him!</image:caption>

<image:caption>I get asked this one quite a bit – more so than when we “only” had two children! The answer is, I don’t know and I’m not worried about it. We aren’t currently active on any adoption agency waitlists, but being practicing Catholics, we are always open to the gift of life, however it comes to us. Only God knows if He has another child for our family, and we trust in His plan for us.</image:caption>
